Hey, I’m Matthew Widjaja and I’m the webmaster for delanco.org. We just made a tweak so you can use Online Registration if you’d rather pay the registration fee first and the balance later. (In that instance, you’d submit the data electronically first and then mail a separate check to the registrar)
