Delanco Camp is an independent non-profit organization run by an all volunteer board. This board is selected annually by a group of members, who are people 18 and older who commit to ensuring the camp continues for future generations and maintains its mission to bring people into relationship with Jesus Christ and equip them to live holy lives in this present day.

Members serve on committees and on the board, attend the annual and special meetings that are called requiring a vote of the membership, partner with the camp financially and give of their time, talents and gifts in many ways.

Members pay a one-time fee of $50. The deadline for applying is Sept. 1. New members must attend one annual meeting before they are able to vote. The annual members meeting is held the third Saturday of every October at 1 p.m.
