What to Bring
• Sleeping Bag/Pillow/Sheets/Blanket
• Recreational clothing (clothes that will get dirty)
• Dirty clothes bag/collapsible hamper
• T-shirts, shorts, jeans
• Underwear, socks, pajamas
• Jackets (including rain)/sweatshirts
• Sneakers/shoes & sandals
• Dress clothes (if desired for evening service)
• Soap, wash cloth, shampoo/conditioner
• Toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant, other toiletries
• Modest swimsuit
• Girls: 1-piece preferred/shirt must be worn over 2-piece
• Boys: swim trunks
• Bathing & beach towels
• Sunscreen & bug spray
• Bible, pen, & notebook
• Money for store & offerings ($1-bills and $5-bills recommended)
• Water bottle & fan (for sleeping in dorms)
• Flashlight & extra batteries for night games
• Camper medication (to give to Nurse)
• (optional): disposable camera, fishing pole, reading books
What NOT to Bring
• Tablets/computers, video games, e-readers
• Vape pens or tobacco products, alcohol, recreational drugs
• Knives, matches, fireworks, or anything that could be a weapon
• Cell phones, smart watches, or other personal electronic communication devices
If you do forget to pack something such as bedding, towel, toothbrush, etc., please let staff know upon arrival or as soon as possible, and we can try our best to provide that forgotten item. If not, then a guardian can return to camp with the forgotten item.
***Please write camper name on any item of value that you don’t want to get lost while staying at Delanco Camp. We are not responsible for an item that gets damaged or goes missing while at camp. If item was left behind after camp, contact us as soon as possible and describe the item(s). Most clothing and towels left at camp are either trashed or donated depending on their condition.***
