Between Trunk or Treat events, harvest festivals and other activities, chances are you’re probably eating some candy this fall. But did you know that those candy wrappers you throw away can benefit Delanco Camp?
Through Terracycle, we receive money for products we recycle like candy wrappers, paired shoes, energy bar wrappers, laptops, cell phones and more. For more information on the various brigades we are collecting for, visit delanco.org/terracycle.
What should I do with the wrappers?
We collect candy wrappers year round so you can save them up and bring them with you to camp next time you come, even if that’s not until next summer. If you would like to make some other arrangement for delivering or having your candy wrappers and other collected items picked up, please email matt.ralph@delanco.org.
