Our good friends Tenth Avenue North, winners of the 2009 Dove Award for best new artist, are returning to the Dove Awards this year as a nominee for group of the year and song of the year for “By Your Side,” it was announced today.
They’re up against some big names in both categories like Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, Jars of Clay, Skillet and needtobreathe. A complete list of nominees can be found HERE.
Of course, win or lose they’ll still be our group of the year as they have been every year for so many summers we’ve lost count.
The 41st annual Dove Awards will be televised on the Gospel Music Channel Sunday, April 25, from 8 to 10 p.m.
