It’s been another amazing week here at camp! From playing games, to breaking down God’s word in small groups and service, to building friendships, and making memories that will last a lifetime, it is safe to say this week has been successful.
Miss Kristen, one of our deans and evangelist, served the campers and staff as she constantly challenged us to dig further into the Word through personal devotions, living life with one another. She encouraged us to remember we are all treasures in God’s eyes and He takes our junk and makes us beautiful. We were always reminded that we “Got Milk” everywhere we go because we have God’s Word hidden in our hearts and even though camp is over, we can still shine bright in the world for Jesus.
Jeremy and the Milk Duds effectively led us in worship and pointed our hearts toward The Lord through song and praise. They also rewrote the popular Frozen song, “Let It Go,” to fit our camp theme of “Got Milk.”
Night games, milk jug races, water slides, jousting pits, and so much more made games and planned rec, along with all the amazing weekly and summer staff, helped to make this week a memorable time at camp. Here is a slideshow of our week and you can find more photos on our Facebook page!
