Don’t be fooled by the cuddly-looking polar bear promoting our second annual Polar Bear Plunge for Camperships on Feb. 2. Polar bears are anything but cuddly, as a BBC cameraman filming the three-part series The Polar Bear Family and Me in Arctic Norway discovered recently.
Fortunately, his reinforced perspex pod kept him from being the polar bear’s lunch. The footage he captured gives us a pretty good idea though what it would be like to be eaten by a polar bear.
