One of the cool things about doing a camp for a number of years as a dean is that you get to watch kids grow up from campers to staff to even deans. One of the not so cool things about it is you lose touch with all of the campers that don’t ever make that transition to staff. Jennifer Nieves and Steve Tucker have been doing Teen II long enough now that they have quite a large pool of alumni out there.
If you were ever a camper at Teen II or worked on staff, you won’t want to miss Throwback Thursday on Aug. 4. Come to evening worship at 7:30 p.m. and stick around for snack. Wear your favorite Teen II shirt (good luck choosing) and reconnect with old friends.
