Favorite Bible verse: I have many and am having trouble narrowing it down to just one. Therefore I encourage you to find me at some point this summer. I will share a few more of my favorite verses and you can share some of your favorites with me. I am going to cheat and share three that I feel go together nicely. They are 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 and Philippians 4:8
Favorite cereal: I have two, Reese’s Puffs and Strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats.
What made you want to be on staff this summer? I heard that they were looking for a lifeguard and I looked back fondly on the time I had previously spent serving camp for the summer and felt like it was the place to be again this summer.
What are you most looking forward to this summer? Seeing how God is going to work in me, through me, and around me.
Share with us your elevator testimony. I was raised in a church attending family. Church was what you did on Sundays and during any children’s program they had so that you could be a good kid, or so I thought. When I was 9 and first attending Delanco I understood, in part, for the first time what it meant to be a Christian and I accepted Jesus as Savior and have been walking with Him ever since. Along the way I have done some growing and have learned many lessons. Find me this summer and ask me about them.
If you were asked to choose an actor or actress to portray you in a movie about your life, who would it be and why? I honestly do not pay attention to actors and actresses. So I have asked a friend of mine to help me out with this one. This is their answer. I guess I’d have to go with Selma Blair. She’s short and has dark hair, and she often plays kind of a tough woman.
If you needed to choose a food that you would live on for the rest of your life, what would it be? Chicken. If I have to pick a way that it’s prepared I would go with patty form.
If you were told you could do one thing and you absolutely would not fail in doing it, what would you do? This is a good question. I guess it would be to write my own Christian preschool curriculum and implement it in my very own preschool center.
