Best Week Ever!!!
Our co-ed overnight summer camp programs are the lifeblood of what we do as an organization. Starting late June into early August, our grounds are filled with the busy sounds of happy campers playing and making friends and growing closer to God by developing a relationship with Jesus. We play hard, but we pray hard too. Our camps are staffed with volunteers including a praise band who opens the services up for worship and an evangelist who gives the sermons in the evening. There are some powerful moments during our altar calls.
Schedule
Camps begin at 6 pm on Sunday with registration inside the Tabernacle and end at 11 am on Saturday with the closing ceremony also inside the Tabernacle (white building next to the parking lot).
Our weekly camps are run by volunteer program directors who tailor activities to a particular age group. The schedule is subject to change based on the program director decision, though a typical summer camp day looks something like this:
- Wake up with personal devos
- Breakfast in Dining Hall 8:30 am
- Morning Bible Classes
- Snack Store opens
- Morning Worship Service/Team Time in Tabernacle
- Lunch in Dining Hall 12:30 pm
- Planned Recreation game at sand pit

- Dinner in Dining Hall 5:30 pm
- Small Group devos
- Evening Worship service in Tabernacle (visitors welcome from 7-9 pm)
- Snack in Dining Hall
- Night Game
- Lights out in dorms
Each afternoon, there are a few hours of Free Time where campers may choose (but are not required) to participate in various activities and games or to just chat with their friends outside. Free Time activities include but are not limited to the following:
- Swimming in the lake under lifeguard supervision
- Canoeing with counselors

- Craft shop
- Snacks and drinks to buy at Store
Dorm Sleeping
Our dorms are separated by gender.
The girls sleep in the Girls Dorm (Retreat Center) that includes 2 large sleeping rooms upstairs and small and large sleeping rooms downstairs. Each floor includes a multi-stall bathroom.
The boys sleep in the Boys Dorm, which is located out by the sand soccer field beyond the Tabernacle. This dorm has 3 large rooms all connected by a large bathroom in the center.
Both boy and girl campers sleep on bunk beds. Please bring appropriate bedding (sheets/blanket/sleeping bag/pillow). The Boys Dorm and the Girls Dorm are not air conditioned, so please bring a fan to help keep cool. There is at least 1 counselor per room to stay with campers. Our camp has a ratio of approximately 1 staff member for every 3 campers.
