And it begins again.

After saying goodbye to Camp Meeting yesterday, we say hello to Junior High 1 today. Although our numbers may be low, the staff (myself included) is looking forward to a great week because if last week taught us anything, it’s this. Just because the number of campers is low, it doesn’t mean we can’t have as much fun as a camp with 80 campers.

James, our speaker of the week, opened us up with a fun little sermon about God’s Calling in our lives and how social media such as facebook, texting and others can be distracting us from really focusing on God.

We won’t be able to bring you the sermon tonight, and possibly for the rest of the week, because we had the Evening Service in the Rec Center.
