The following information has already been emailed to existing registrants. It will also be emailed to any new registrants as they complete the registration process.
Thank you for registering for our summer youth camp program! Camps begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday and end on Saturday at 11 a.m.
Delanco Camp is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff and campers. Per regulations from the State of New Jersey, Delanco Camp requires all staff and campers to present upon arrival at Camp either:
- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. As a reminder, you are not considered to be fully vaccinated until 2 weeks after receiving your final dose of the vaccine.
- A negative COVID-19 test completed within 72 hours prior to the start of Camp. For example, if Camp begins Sunday at 6pm, your test must be from the preceding Thursday at 6pm or later.
If your child is not fully vaccinated and needs a test, we recommend consulting with your local pharmacy to get tested. A large number of CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid locations throughout the area offer COVID-19 testing at no cost to you. Please consult the websites of these pharmacies to find a location and schedule an appointment for a test.
If your child arrives at Camp without proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, they will not be permitted to stay.
During many indoor activities, masking is required. Please pack appropriately – bring enough masks to last your whole time at Camp.
If your child develops symptoms of COVID-19 while at Camp, he or she will be moved to an isolation area, and immediately tested for COVID-19 with a rapid nasal swab test. If your child tests positive as required by law, while maintaining total confidentiality, we will notify the county health department and all onsite camp staff and parents of campers. You will need to come and pickup your child immediately follow instructions from your doctor and health department officials.
