Our co-ed overnight summer camp programs are the lifeblood of what we do as an organization. For five weeks in the summer, our grounds are filled with the sounds of happy campers playing games, making friends, worshiping God, praying, singing, reading Scripture, creating arts and crafts and exploring and appreciating God’s creation.

Our weekly camps are run by volunteer program directors (deans) who tailor activities to a particular age group. Our youngest campers attend Junior Camp (for youth entering fourth through sixth grades in the fall) and our oldest attend our Teen camp (for teenagers entering 10th grade through recent high school graduates). Our two Junior High camps are for youth entering seventh through ninth grades in the fall and our Middler Camp is for those entering fifth through seventh grades. Camps begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday and end on Saturday at 11 a.m.

• Deposits: These must be paid with registration
• Late Fees: These are only applied if the registration is being sent 14 days prior to a Summer Camp/Camp Meeting or 10 days prior to a Retreat. If they apply, they must be paid at time of registration.
• Camp Fee: These must be paid in full prior to the start of camp.

When you sign up for a week at Delanco Camp with a friend or friends who have NEVER attended a camp-sponsored summer camp or retreat before, we’ll give each of your friends $100 off and $100 off your own fee too!

We believe the best advertisement for our summer camps is our returning campers. Year after year, returning campers bring new friends for the first time, and year after year those friendships become lifelong ones because of the common experience relationships with God and others they form. We want to honor and encourage these invitations and future relationships.

Please Note:

• If using the $100 friend discount, all other camp discounts DO NOT apply. Both the returning camper and new friend must register for the same camp.
• The $100 discount is applied to balance due upon registration receipt for both parties (returning camper and new friend).
• Discount will only be applied to online registration at delanco.org/register. Online registration must be completed 10 days prior to the start of camp.

Other Discounts

Discounts are only applicable for online registration for youth camps and Camp Meeting for 7-12th graders only. While the percentage discounts here reflect the total cost of the camp, you are required to pay the entire cost of the deposit (and late fee if applicable) when you register.

• Families sending more then two children: 10 percent discount
• Campers attending more than one camp in the summer: 10 percent discount
• Families where parents are in full-time Christian service: 50 percent discount

Sign-In and Pick-Up

Summer Camps open up with sign-in at 6 p.m. on Sunday and end with pick-up at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
