Delanco Camp is a Christian summer camp and retreat center located in the beautiful pine barrens of New Jersey. Despite being only 30-45 minutes away from shopping centers and other activities, there is a sense of being in the middle of nowhere. The grounds at Delanco are often referred to as “Holy Ground” since God seems to work in the hearts of those staying on the grounds for a week of summer camp, a weekend retreat, or a personal retreat spent seeking Jesus or escaping the pressues of life.

The benefits of using the facility of Delanco include having sole access to the year-round retreat center for your retreat or meeting, and being able to do other things such as hayrides, camp fires, fishing, boat rides, low ropes course, and other activities. The grounds offer plenty of space for your own unique retreat program.

Group Retreats

Large Groups are groups with more then 20 people. Facilities provided to larger groups include our Retreat Center (which houses 56 people across 3 rooms), a full kitchen, a large meeting area for meals and meetings, and a worship building. Additional Dorms can be provided in the Fall or Spring as well. Costs for a Large Group include a $250.00 Agreement Deposit and then an additional $20.00 per person/per night. The minimum for a Large Group Retreat is $500.00 per weekend.

Small Groups are groups with 19 people or less. Facilities provided to smaller groups include our Retreat Center which can be used year round. The costs are $20.00 per person deposit (which must be given 30 days in advance) and $20.00 per person/per night. There is no minimum cost for a small group.

Personal Retreats are offered for those who would like to spend a night or two in our Motel Rooms. The rooms are available from Monday to Thursdays during Sept 1st to Nov 15th & April 15th to June 15th. Each room has a bed and full bathroom (No Linens or Toiletries are provided). We do not offer any food services but you are welcome to use our kitchen if you chose to bring your own food. The cost for a Personal Retreat is free.

Camping & Day Trips

Delanco Camp has 12 camping sites complete with electricity and water hookups free of charge. (Water is only available during the fall and spring). The Camping Area is open from Sept 1st to Nov 15th & April 15th to June 15th. The cost is $20.00 per Camping Site/per Night or $5.00 per Tent Site/per Night.

Finally, we do offer Day Trips for individuals who would like to visit the camp for a few hours of prayer and reflection. This is completely free but we do request that you contact our registrar first for approval before coming to Camp.

Amenities

Delanco Camp offers a variety of Amenities that are available upon request:

$40.00 for Wagon Rides
$25.00 for 1 Campfire during retreat, $50.00 for 2 Campfires during retreat
$50.00 for a Combo (One Wagon Ride & One Campfire)
Bonfire
Boating (Spring & Fall)

In addition, we offer a Low Ropes Course which is perfect for any size group. If you request usage of our Low Ropes Course, we will have a weekend retreat staff member come to help you walk your group through our ropes course for some great team building exercises.

$10.00 per person for the Ropes Course on a Day Trip ($150 minimum)
$5.00 per person for the Ropes Course on a Retreat

Cancellations

If Cancellation becomes necessary, notices must be given to Delanco Retreats by the First Cancellation Date. At this you point you…

- Are not responsible for the minimum rate

Policies

All registrations that go through the registrar are not confirmed dates until contract and deposit was received and acknowledged.
All deposits are due with contract within 30 days of receiving registrar confirmation of requested dates and contract being sent. (If a date is requested and available with less than 30 days remaining deposit is due immediately)
All retreats may be booked up to one year in advance
All retreats work on a first come first served basis. No dates held because of prior use.
If more than one group/individual wants to use different facilities on the same date it will be approved by each group if possible (example: Group 1 uses ropes course while Group 2 is on a retreat)
All payments must be mailed to PO Box 303 Oceanville NJ 08231-0303 within 15 days of the completion of your event.
Any special requests (camp fire, hayride, etc) must be clearly stated when registering (spot available on form)

Begin

Ready to rent the Camp? Just follow these easy steps to begin:

Check our Online Calendar to see if your requested date will be available
Contact the registrar to reserve the date and any requested amenities
You will recieve a contract from the Registrar in the mail. Just fill it out and send the form and the deposit to the registrar in 30 days.
You will then recieve confirmation from registrar
Then you may hold your event and send remaining balance due to registrar within 15 days
