Cost

Costs: All registrations must be sent to our registar with the Deposit (and Late Fee if applicable) at least. The Late Fee must only be paid if the registration is being postmarked 7 days prior to a Summer Camp/Camp Meeting or 10 days prior to a Retreat.

The Camp Fee can be paid anytime during the sending of the registration form up to the first day of camp but note that if the entire balance of the camp is paid off by the 7th day before camp, you will receive a Fast Pass which will let you register into camp earlier and more efficiently on the first day.

Discounts & FastPass

Discounts are only applicable for Youth Summer Camps and Camp Meeting for 7-12th graders only. While the percentage discounts here reflect the total cost of the camp, you are required to pay the entire cost of the Deposit (and late fee if applicable) when you submit your registration form(s). Your total bill will then be adjusted and then mailed back to you later.

• Familes sending more then two children: 10% Discount
• Familes where parents are full-time Christian workers: 50% Discount
• Early-Bird Registration (Registrations filled before May 1, 2010): $25 Discount

(Remember the percentage discounts are only applicable when you fill them seven days before camp so hurry!)

The FastPass is a faster and easier way to complete your registration on the first day at camp. If you submitted the entire cost of your Summer Camp or Camp Meeting 7 days prior to it’s first day, our registrar will mail you a FastPass. This will permit you to register 30 minutes earlier on Sign-In Day. (5:30 PM instead of 6:00 PM)
